Class Overview

This 3.5 credit CLE (includes 1.25 Ethics Credits) will explain mental illness, how the state's legal system responds to people with mental illness, the first-hand experiences of people living with mental illness, discussion of barriers to treatment, the impact of legal financial obligations, and ethical challenges in representing people with mental illness.  Download the class PowerPoint presentation by clicking here.
