How can you get involved?

Register: Join an existing team or start your own! Your participation is key to raising awareness and breaking the stigma around mental illness.

Fundraise: Start by making a meaningful donation to yourself. Reach out to your network for support, and share the services that NAMI Washington and our 20 local affiliates offer. Because #MentalHealthMatters more than ever before.

*Well-behaved dogs are welcome at NAMIWalks Washington. Please keep your dog leashed and clean up after them.
